A financial services organisation based in the City is recruiting for an HR Coordinator, supporting a closely knit team of business partners.
The role will support... HR team through coordination and administration of operational HR matters across several offices, in the UK and Internationally. The role will offer you great exposure to a wide generalist HR remit including:
*Generalist HR - being 1st point of contact for HR queries, drafting HR paperwork including contracts, handbook updates and policies, assisting with recruitment, inductions.
*L&D coordination of courses and attendees
*Ad-hoc HR Projects
*Payroll and benefits queries and advice
*HR Reporting and administration of the HRIS system.
