Brewster Pratap are currently recruiting a Part Time Accounts / Admin Clerk for a well-established organisation based near Brigg, close to the M180/A15 and with easy access from... Immingham, Brigg, Barton on Humber and Scunthorpe.
The role of Part Time Accounts / Admin Clerk will reporting to the Finance Manager, working within a small administration / accounts team and duties will include:
- Reception duties: answering all incoming calls, transferring calls and taking messages, meeting and greeting visitors, etc.
- Purchase ledger processing: matching invoices to POs and GRNs, dealing with supplier queries and invoice anomalies, statement reconciliation etc.
- Sales Ledger: confirming deliveries and stock levels to customer, raising sales invoices...
