My Telford based Client is looking for a part time Office Assistant to start A.S.A.P. on an ongoing temporary basis.
Working hours are 9am - 3pm Monday - Friday.

Excellent Word/Excel skills - Working on excel setting up new systems/pivot tables and using Excel formula's such as the following (IF / VLOOKUP / calculating results e.g. stock balance plus incoming stock less outgoing stock) where required to maintain machinery records, cleaning procedures, risk assessments, stock system, bar invoices downloading/recording/processing info from Supervisors tablets & area checks
Responsible for stock taking and maintaining records for all department stock - cleaning products, equipment, machinery, bedding, uniform & first aid etc.
