Job Title: Office Administrator
Salary: £20,000 - £23,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Adecco Welwyn Garden City are working with a very exciting client... based in Hertford. Who are currently looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. The purposes of the role are to manage day to day administrative, marketing and technical support to external customers and the Technical Sales Team.
Description of duties:
* Answering all incoming calls
* Issue of Sub-contractor lists
* Issue of warranties, CPD certificates etc.
* Samples - recording, sending
* Post log
* Franking / Posting
* Updating Trident (CRM System)
* Running monthly statistic reports
* Checking monthly reports
* Holiday forms
* Online Updates - Website, Twitter...
