Administration Assistant (Travel)
Job Location: Dorchester, Dorset
Job Type: 3 month contract, with potential extension
Salary: £10.25 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday; 37.5 hours per week... Global Engineering Consultancy is currently looking to recruit an Administration Assistant on an initial 3 month contract to work within their busy travel department.
In this role you will be managing and booking all business travel arrangements for over 750 staff on a daily basis and your duties will include:
Dealing with email requests to booking travel and accommodation (UK and Worldwide)
Researching dates of travel, availability and booking of Travel and accommodation including Hotels, trains, car hire, flights, taxiâ€™s, airport parking etc.
Raising purchase orders
