My client specialises in Safety, Training, Access and Rescue for UK and Overseas clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Taking bookings for training courses and other services that the company offers.
Dealing with customer enquiries.
Producing invoices, quotes and following up sales opportunities using a CRM system.
Production and preparation of training material and pre course administration.
Management of course bookings and the training diary system, maintaining trainer files and availability.
Producing reports, issuing of certificates and updating client records.
Customer liaison and assisting in marketing of training and services.
