- Ensure calls are logged and prioritised on the IT Service Management Tool... and to resolve any IT issues within the business.
- To provide 1st and 2nd line support.
- Identify and resolve IT/Technology issues and problems, actively seeking and identifying trends, in calls, behaviours etc, to highlight and deal with underlying root causes to alleviate IT support requirements from end users.
