We are looking for a Chef De Partie to join our client’s beautiful country pub located in the idyllic village of Haworth West Yorkshire.
The site traces its origins back to the late Georgian century with fantastic features such as
Georgian tavern atmosphere with its roaring log fire and Georgian wooden paneling, whilst upstairs is more elegant with its high ceilings and Georgian windows looking out onto the iconic cobbled main street.
The Food focus is using the freshest seasonal British produce and all menu changes through the weeks to reflect this. All the meat is sourced direct from small farms across the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District, and the fish is freshly delivered from the fishmonger in Hartlepool.

The role is working 5 days over 7 averaging 45-50 hours a week for a salary of £21,000 per annum plus tips.
