We are looking for an Administration/Finance Assistant to join a construction-based business in Stirling on a permanent basis - the hours of work are 9am-5pm - Monday to Thursday with an early finish on Friday.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a seasoned Administrator to join an established team within a thriving family business.
Key Duties: -
Answering incoming telephone calls to the business efficiently and professionally
Dealing with purchase invoices
Typing client quotations
Fast and accurate data entry
Ensuring data is up to date and readily available
Electronic filing, scanning and mail responsibilities
Maintaining job file library
Preparing documentation using the Microsoft Office suiteKey Skills: -
Exemplary communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word and Excel
Sage 50 and or Sage 200 experience (preferable)
Previous experience of working in an office administration/business support environment
Able to use own initiative and adhere to tight deadlines
Fast and accurate typingIdeal candidate will have:

An organised approach to the daily tasks and the ability to work under pressureThe ideal candidate will be comfortable working within a small team and be able to hit the ground running and prioritise the daily workload to ensure deadlines are met.
