Ascendant Recruitment are working on behalf of our client who are looking to add to their team a bright, focused and attentive administration superstar. We are looking for somebody who is computer literate, has excellent attention to detail and has a desire to work in administration. Is this you?!
The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm.
Responsibilities and duties of Office Administrator are:
To work in collaboration with the administration team and whole department, under the supervision of the Senior members of staff, to ensure that all orders are processed in an accurate, timely, efficient and organised manner, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
To monitor and manage the daily workload from their CRM
Daily report on the previous days batched and failed deliveries
Monitor and record pharmacy KPIs regularly
Input consignment numbers as needed and complete weekly spreadsheet
Compile monthly operations report spreadsheet
Monitor the team email inbox
