Our client in Cardiff is looking to recruit a Senior Administrator for a key role which is vital for the smooth-running of a business. The professional candidate must be able to handle varied tasks and enquiries alongside supporting the efforts of their Manager and team members alike. It is essential that the candidate provides an excellent a front of house service to all visiting customers.

Key responsibilities

Assist senior managers with their daily organisational tasks
Manage all incoming phone calls and customer enquiries
Prepare quotes
Customer order progression
Schedule appointments and organise calendars
Field telephone calls
Meet and greet customers
Filing and adhoc administration tasksYou will receive a company induction and full on the job training. It is essential that you have Windows software experience and an advantage if you have worked with Sage and QuickBooks

Essential skills required

Excellent written communications
Excellent verbal communications

Receptionist
Team working skills
Microsoft Office Suite
Maintain, office equipment, such as faxes, scanners, and printers
QuickBooks and/or Sage More
