With a primary focus for our Dundee manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for optimising plant and sales office physical infrastructure across EMEA and driving improvement, repair, or replacement projects to effectively deal with life cycle of facilities assets (e.g HVAC) as necessary. Responsibilities: Effectively managing facility projects (Scope, Budget, Timeline) including supporting the development of statement of needs; managing and effectively communicating the status of multiple projects and maintaining detailed project schedules with key milestones and critical path items throughout the lifecycle Ensuring projects deliver evergreen building documentation that is sustainable (i.e. system single line drawings, building architectural background updates, assets in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems, updated Project Management schedules) Developing statements of work for external partners, supporting RFQs, bidding processes and contract development with procurement. Ensuring quality delivery of work Interfacing with business teams to develop and implement new construction, infrastructure, and renovation projects to meet specific business needs Effectively leveraging external design firms and contractors to execute on construction projects that meet internal customer needs Defining and developing a healthy relationship between Gore and external partners as it relates to project execution Driving decision making with key stakeholders to choose appropriate project delivery methods Aligning to our standard tools and processes for project management Supporting Global Facility Services Leadership Team by informing development of the capital plan for upgrades to facility equipment and systems in the plants Maintaining resource plan and investment forecast and understanding investment level relative to above the line projects Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facility Management 8 years’ experience in an environment meeting the responsibilities listed above or equivalent work experience with facility systems Knowledge of country specific building codes and ability to interpret and follow applicable local and national codes. Proven ability to plan and organize complex projects and develop detailed project scopes Ability to collaborate effectively with business teams to develop Statement of Needs for facility projects Working with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems and Building Automation Systems. Direct experience with asset life cycle management and capital planning Willing to support manufacturing plants that may operate on a 24/7 schedule Ability to travel and interact with global project teams as needed Desired Qualifications: 10+ years’ experience in facilities management Proficiency in financial analysis and project cost estimating Experience working with Infor EAM System What We Offer: At Gore, we want our Associates to have fulfilling careers driven by curiosity and commitment.
