Due to us centralising our Part Operations function a fantastic opportunity has arisen and we’re looking for a Customer Support Agreement (CSA) Supervisor to join our brand new team based in Duxford.
Reporting into the Parts Operations Manager you will be supervising and leading a team of nine in the Central CSA Team to ensure that the team are motivated and focused on delivering a first class customer experience and on time delivery of all aspects of CSA management, delivery and performance.
This role requires strong people management experience, and we’d like to hear from you if you have/are the following:
·Microsoft Office, Excel advanced level and CRM software experience
·Ability to understand a P&L
·Ratio, variance reporting experience
·People management experience
·Proven track record of successfully delivering to KPIs
·Front facing customer relationship experience
·Communication and collaboration skills
·Self-motivated, structured and proactive with a strong sense of ownership
·Strong personal credibility and interpersonal skills
