I have a unique opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual looking for a long term and progressive role within administration. The company in question are leaders within their field and are looking to appoint an additional administrator to their team, who they can train up and develop.
Joining a friendly and welcoming team of around 15 staff, you will be working in a relaxed and laid-back environment (everyone takes turns making the tea!)
You will need to have a confident telephone manner, as you will be a first point of contact for customers phoning in. Members of the public also drop into the office on occasion, so you will need to be well presented and with a welcoming manner.
Dealing with enquiries, via phone, email and website. Adding new clients to the system and arranging appointments. Assisting with general admin duties, filing, stationary orders and post etc
This role would suit someone at the beginning of their career, ideally you will have some work experience already and happy to work Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00.
Salary will be National Minimum Wage with 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) and Government Standard Pension
