Tiverton Central based company - on-site parking
Temporary to Permanent position.
Full time hours - Monday - Friday.
Usual office hours, are between 8am and 4pm or 9am to 5pm - one hour for lunch.
We are currently seeking a Sales Administrator to work for an established company in Tiverton.
This is a role to support the Sales & Logistics Team with administration of customer orders and shipments.
Ideally you will have customer service administration background and any experience in logistics would be an advantage along with the following:
Competent typing skills and speed - typing test required on application,
Experienced in Microsoft programs to include word and excel
Good written communication
Good verbal communication (other languages would be a bonus)
Ability to work independently when required
Experience of logistics would be a bonusThe main purpose of the role:
General administration duties including preparing and distribution shipment paperwork, preparing customs declarations and quality letters, printing and distributing reports.
Dealing with sales leads using our in-house systems.
