Our candidate has extensive practical and managerial experience in production management and the successful delivery of technical & operational projects including product creation and organisational restructuring.
Quality management and organisational restructuring
Lead and manage all functional teams and introduce continuous improvement practices and LEAN
processes across all value streams.
Work closely with group engineering and supply chain teams to improve overall effectiveness and
delivery of materials.
Plan, organize and direct the day to day operations of the site to ensure optimum efficiency.
Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to ensure production, quality and H&S targets
Review SOFP and develop operations plan to achieve targets and manage manpower levels
Run continuous improvement forums and quality circles to investigate and analyze all production
related issues and ensure ongoing improvement.
