Syme Drummond is delighted to be working exclusively with this leading media organisation as they seek to appoint a People Partner on a permanent basis . The role would be based out of Dundee however they are very flexible with their working model and promote flexibility so as long as candidates can commit to 2-3 days in the office per week that is absolutely fine for them.

I am looking to hear from HR Partner's who can demonstrate the following experience :
Developing strong, collaborative and effective working relationships with business leaders and managers at all levels but especially for the areas you will directly support
Coaching business leaders and managers through varying employee relations challenges to build capability and confidence
Providing pragmatic support to people and leaders during periods of organisational change and development
Provide accurate and knowledgeable guidance in the management of employee relations issues (disciplinary, grievance, appeals, performance management situations, absence management), informed by up to date knowledge of the employment law landscape
Providing advice to employees and managers on matters such as policy, benefits or contractual matters
Supporting projects and initiatives that contribute to the strategic objectives of the business
Shaping and supporting change control workflows to ensure consistency in approach and decision-making
Shaping and supporting effective flow of people information to other parts of the business

You will possess first class organisational skills, enabling you to juggle multiple and often conflicting priorities.
CIPD qualified or equivalent experience with a proven track record in a similar role.
