Title: Temporary Customer Service Executives
Salary: £9.63 per hour
We are looking for driven, outgoing customer services executives to work on a temporary basis. You will be working in a large team and you will be providing customer service support to the general public. Most of these customers will be calling for a reason and you will be responsible to solve their query in the most productive way possible.
You will be working in an environment that offers one to one training and support and you will be working for a local company who is the leader in what they do. These are great opportunities if you just want some temporary work however there will be permanent openings for the right individuals.
Working in a call centre environment providing customer service support.
Registering new customers as well as dealing with queries for current customers.
Liaising with internal engineers and booking appointments.
Calling customers back.
Problem solving over the telephone to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied.
These are full time positions 37 hours per week including weekend work on a rota basis.
You will be working in a team orientated environment and have group and one to one training once to start the role.
These are week to week temporary opportunities however these could lead to permanent roles for the right individuals.
You will have excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
Have a good clear telephone manner.
Able to navigate computer systems.
Able to work in an open plan team environment.
We are looking for people who will ask for help when needed.
Good time keeping skills as well as reliability.
