I am working with a client who is looking for a customer service administrator on a temporary to permanent basis. This role will initially be working in the office as a customer service administrator but once trained up this role will move into a sales / account management role.

This role will start as an administrator role working in an office
The client is based close to the city centre
You will be working with a small team and supporting them with administrative and customer service duties
This is a varied role including invoicing, filing, scanning, processing orders and dealing with telephone queries.
This is a small open plan office so you must be comfortable working in a team
Once you are trained up your role will move into a sales / account management role which will entail travelling to meet customers in the UK. This could include overnight stays
This is a temporary to permanent role

Comprehensive knowledge of office procedures.
Good writing skills - email etiquette.
Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills e.g.: Microsoft Office.
Self-starter, able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Organised and able to prioritise.
Good problem-solving skills.
Attention to quality of service.
Full clean driving licence

Full time working hours 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday
