We have an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to work on a large residential development near Luton.
This role will involve working with a team of Site Managers, Senior Site Managers and working as part of the team to oversee the sub contractors to ensure the phase is running on time and to budget.
Reporting into the Senior Site Manager you will have excellent communication skills and have a straight forward 'get the job done and done well' attitude.
The ideal candidate will have worked for well known residential developers on a permanent basis and be able to demonstrate loyalty and longevity in their career having worked for business for a number of years. You will also be able to demonstrate the ability to work on projects from start to finish.
With 1 year left to run on this particular project there will be others coming in the Hertfordshire area and ability to commute to these areas also is essential.
