We are looking for an Inbound Customer Relations Expert offering an excellent support service to our consumers and colleagues in other departments.
Your main responsibilities will include:
· Handling calls, emails, letter cases within 24hour reporting deadline, identifying and reporting issues such as adverse events, product quality complaints, general enquiries & medical enquiries.
· Handling of Social Media Channels and Live Chat monitoring per rota each agent gets to do this
