We are looking to appoint a Senior Technical Product Support Engineer to work alongside the existing team. Please note this is not an IT Technical Support role, this is an Technical Support role.
The role involves providing Engineering technical support for PC operations as well as support for field issues.
- Investigate issues with both production and field returned products producing 8D reports where required.
- Provide advice on and testing of replacement parts to cover obsolescence on existing products.
- Resolve Customer, Sales and Service Teams’ product application enquiries and issues, obtaining appropriate support from local Technical specialists.
- Liaise with auditors from certification agencies during factory audits.
- Ensure that lessons are learned from investigations, recorded and fed back to development team.
