Shift Pattern: 22 hours per week, working Saturday and Sunday 8am – 8pm
A global medical devices company have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Team Leader to join the business within their busy call centre.
You will be responsible for leading, motivating and directing a team of Customer Care Advisor to deliver on their objectives and targets. You will provide ongoing management, training and coaching to ensure they achieve their main target areas in service quality, conversion and sales.
* Ensure the team deliver on providing excellent customer service
* Effectively manage the departmental workload
* Monitor behaviours and outputs against agreed objectives to ensure all individual, team and departmental targets are achieved
