Accountable for all aspects of Food Safety, Legislation and Quality of products produced in the factory
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Food Safety & Quality, Set and monitor site technical/quality objectives as agreed at management review, Drive the HACCP system to deliver appropriate and effective Food Safety control and monitoring systems. Ensure that HACCP documentation is up to date and that the Critical Control Points are implemented within the site, Ensure Food Safety legislation is maintained at all times by developing, driving and enforcing agreed documented procedures and ‘good practice’, to ensure that manufacturing is conducted legally, ethically and products are produced in a ‘food safe’ environment, Drive product quality and consistency through effective quality systems and procedures. Communicate non-conformances/issues and agree corrective actions and resolution, Ensure compliance to customer’s policies and standards and the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, Coordinate and lead on the sites TACCP and VACCP standards
