As HR Manager you will be used to heading up a HR function for the business, as you accountable for the design and delivery of the People Plan for a new operational facility where you will lead on Recruitment & Selection, Performance, Succession & Talent, Employee Relations & Engagement, Change Management.
Supported by a team of HR Business Partners you will lead and motivate your team on the delivery of ongoing HR strategic priorities, working closely to build an effective HR Operations function. You will demonstrate proven hands on attitude, and the ability to motivate and positively influence others,
You are intellectually curious, with solid problem-solving and analytical capabilities, and will use these skills to collate and analyse HRMI data and metrics to find root causes, bringing valuable insight to the team and then developing short, medium and long-term HR plans accordingly.
