Our client is a SME organisation and a specialist in their field, currently going through a period of business transformation. There is a great deal of heritage associated with the organisation, however there are pockets of the organisation in need of modernisation. One of those pockets happens to be HR.
Our client has a large, diverse and complex bench of employees with a complicated associated payroll. As the business has matured, the systems that support the HR function have not. They currently use Access HR, which is not fit for purpose. As such, there is limited control over certain areas of the function, including payroll and staff contracts to name a few. Additionally there is little data held and therefore, very poor MI.
Our client requires an Interim HR Systems specialist to join them to:
- Assess the current situation, map current systems and process and analyse existing data
- Propose a solution suitable for the needs of the business and the HR Department
- Manage and implement the solution into Business as Usual.
