We are seeking to appoint an HR Manager to carry out all general HR duties within the Academy. Working within an fast paced, modern and continuously changing environment, this role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their HR career or to demonstrate already established HR experience. The successful candidate will show flexibility and a can-do attitude alongside a willingness to learn new skills as part of a busy environment, building on their existing HR experience. The ability to manage their own time and workload and to prioritise are essential. This is a term time only plus 5 inset days role in a busy secondary school in Bedfordshire. The role is based upon 37 hour working week and forms an integral part of the support functions within the Academy.
