Our client based in Scarborough is looking for an Accommodation and Lettings Officer to join their Estates team. Working in a stand-alone role, you would be reporting into the Estates Manager.
This is a busy and varied job where you could be promoting the facilities and rooms available to people and business to rent, taking bookings and managing allocation of the rooms, support in the preparation of accommodation talks and open days as well as working closely with the wider estates team to coordinate any repairs needed within the rooms as well as allocation of security passes and keys.
You could be creating and issuing invoices for payment as well as chasing any outstanding invoices. Dealing with any enquiries that come in via telephone or email as well as preparing packs for each service user.
That’s why we are looking for someone who has worked in a similar position before. Someone who has excellent communication skills with the ability to work on their own initiative. Someone who has good organisational skills and is fully computer literate with MS Office.
This is a full-time position working 37 ours a week, however some flexibility may be needed...
