Validate Careplanner data for invoicing
Issue invoices regularly for agreed periods
Submit issued invoices to the clients
Verify that invoices are received by partners and processed - before due dates to ensure payment is received on time
Respond to any invoice queries.
Process and file received invoices
Verify received invoices against budget
Prepare batches of invoices for payment
Submit invoices received to accountants
Keeping an accurate filing system for Accounts Payables, Remittances etc.
Working hours: 3 days / week, 09.00 AM - 13.00 PM.
