My client is looking for a Technical Customer Support Advisor for a fast growing Software company with a market leading product.This is a position in this rapidly growing company. Where you will be the first point of contact for new customers. Helping new customers get up and running quickly by working with the team.
: First point of contact for new customers. Helping new customers get up and running quickly and managing the team to get customers up and running.
: Giving customers a class leading service with help implementing and using the software from trial thought to purchase, with urgency and accuracy.
: Understanding Customer Service and being able to give a world class customer service .
: Sense of Controlled Urgency
: Great Telephone Manner
: Good IT Skills (plenty of training offered and opportunities to learn)
: Good problem solving
Knowledge of any of the following whilst not necessary, would be great:
