A leading and award-winning international commercial law firm, you will be based in their London City Office

Your new role

You will be engaged with the firms London team to assist them on the journey to becoming paperless.

Providing support to our team to enable them to remove paper and files
General housekeeping routines around paper and file management
Checking and preparing physical files for either scanning or archiving
Entering file details into our file management database - File Tracker; barcoding files
Scanning files to pdf archive (electronic) format
Filing electronic (scanned) files to our document management system
Sending physical files to offsite archive storage
Physical movement of files and file boxes
Destruction of material that is no longer required under our confidential waste policy
What you'll need to succeed

You should be accustomed to working in a high pressure environment in order to apply for this role.
