Working within a customer service team this role is mainly delivering exceptional customer service at all times in branch and over the phone. The role is paying £9 per hour and is for 6-8 weeks. The hours are 9-5 Monday - Friday and Saturdays 9-1 on a rota basis (works out at 2 per month). You will need to have a clean credit file and be able to pass a DBS check.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with customers, delivering exceptional service and be confidence to facilitate sensitive financial conversations and the ability to empathise with different customer situations including vulnerable customers.
Other ideal qualities would be;
- Strong attention to detail with a good level of numeracy to conduct accurate cash transactions
- Resilient and able to handle challenging customer situations
- A passion and drive to achieve good customer outcomes
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Office or in-house computer packages
- Ideally educated to GCSE level including Maths and English
