This role is working for a prestigious investment management company with offices globally.
Your new role
Your position will be to provide full office administration service to the London team including supporting the Head of Facilities with day to day administration within the office including, but not limited to, overseeing meeting room diary management, answering calls, gate keeping, stationery orders, meeting and greeting guests, making travel arrangements for office staff, processing office expenses and more.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment with exposure to the financial services industry. Strong organisational skills, coupled with an efficient and proactive work ethic and strong attention to detail. You must be computer literate with MS Office skills and fluent in English. You must be degree educated to apply for this position.
