Job Description Your new company Our fast growing client based in Abingdon are currently looking to recruit a HR Assistant. This is a great opportunity to join a fast paced, global organisation and progress your HR career. Your new role As HR Assistant you will be supporting the HR Manager on site as well as providing support to the global HR team. You will be the first point of contact for employees on all enquires. You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process including management of starter and leaver processes. You will assist in the training of employees on the HRIS and maintain all employee records in line with GDPR. What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful for this role you will have had previous experience working at a similar level. You will be experienced in the use of HR Systems. Good Administrative skills are essential to this role.
