We are currently recruiting for a fantastic international organisation, based on the outskirts of Maidstone, that are seeking to recruit an experienced IT Support Analyst.
The role will require you to will provide Network Infrastructure, Network Applications and Help Desk support to the organisation. This position provides hands-on support across all business environments and responds to all requests for technical support and assistance. The scope encompasses any or all the organisation's LAN, WAN, Telecommunications, Cloud, Security, and Desktop systems.

Duties will include:
*Provide End User IT Help Desk support, including user provisioning, system setup, onboarding, application training, and support
*Work with outside vendors and resources to ensure the availability, security and integrity of LAN, WAN, Cloud and Telecommunications solutions are maintained
*Support global manufacturing application engineers
*Be the face to the customer for issue resolution and overall incident management. Ensure requests are prioritised and escalated as needed
