Are you an Office Administrator with experience covering reception, booking meeting rooms and office administration?
We're teaming up with the Operations Manager of a leading Consultancy based in East Croydon to provide support to the Operations Manager and carry out a variety of reception and administrative tasks related to the running of the business.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Reception duties, including answering incoming calls
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Organising meetings, including catering where necessary
- Answering general emails and postal correspondence when appropriate
- Booking deliveries
- Booking and taking delivery of weekly Waitrose order of kitchen supplies
- Keep kitchen tidy, descale and arrange supplies for coffee machine
