Fantastic opportunity available for a friendly, experience Customer Service Advisor to work for a well established not for profit organisation in the Kingston area. This position has arisen due to high demand and is for initially 6 months with the view to potentially extend or go permanent. This position is within lovely, modern offices and easily commutable from Kingston, Richmond or Hampton and is to begin asap!
Your new role
Your position will involve providing a high quality and comprehensive service, ensuring a consistently high level of response for customers, which meets both external and internal customer needs. You will be the first point of contact to both internal and external customers, deal with a variety of queries via multiple channels (email, phone etc).
