Customer Service Administrator, Knaresborough, £19000
My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor who can professionally deal with customers by telephone and email through the entire sales process.
The role will involve
·Dealing with customers orders by phone and email
·Providing technical data as required and offering alternatives if items are out of stock
·Liaising with all relevant departments
·Resolving any queries or complaints
·Providing customers advise as they require it
·You must have outstanding customer service skills and be able to deal with customers in a professional manner at all times
·Have the ability to resolve queries and provide solutions
·Be reactive to calls and able to prioritise their workload
·Good IT skills
·Salary to £19000
