Our client based in Knaresborough is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy customer service and order processing team.
You could be checking the shared email inboxes on a daily basis and dealing with any orders or enquiries. Liaising with the sales, operations, dispatch and accounts department regarding any specific clients or orders, accurately processing orders from key accounts as well as managing any discrepancies from customers.
You may also need to speak to credit control if an account is on hold to arrange payments from the customer before an order can be processed as well as giving accurate advice and guidance on any product queries. If orders are not delivered on time or items are missing, then you might have to speak to the dispatch team or the carrier to find out what has happened.
That’s why we are looking for someone who has previous experience within a similar position or and administration-based job where you had to deal with customers on a regular basis.
