To provide administrative and secretarial support as required to the Market Research / Marketing Manager.

Key areas of support are

Marketing and Event Management, Website and CRM Activities, Membership Services,General Office Support.

  • Send out reminders of monthly index/annual surveys
  • To actively help via whatever chosen means with the promotion of services and other initiatives in a business development or sales capacity. (Mainly anticipated to be undertaken by telephone and mailshots.)
  • To be proactive in helping to maintain the content of the data bases.
  • Update and amend any records as required
  • Process or insert job vacancies and people onto Website CV section
  • Keep up to date and accurate records of job seekers (Confidentiality)
  • Process enquiries for job seeker from employers - Liaise with both sides
  • Liaise with website designer for problem solving and development of the site
  • Create pay on-line events
  • Record accurate information on stats (newsletter etc.
