Kennedys is looking for a HR Administrator to join our HR team based in Chelmsford. The successful HR Administrator will provide full administrative support to the Human Resources department, with an initial focus on Employee Relations.
The HR Administrator would get an opportunity to get a full range of HR experience by completing rotational ‘seats’, of six months, in each Human Resources team – Operations, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Graduate Recruitment and Learning & Development.
Kennedys Human Resources team support the firm with all people related matters.
The UK team is based in Chelmsford and London and consists of following sub teams; Business Partnering, Learning & Development, Operations, Recruitment and Trainees & Apprentices.
We also have Human Resources presence in three global offices.
- Regularly check post, prepare and despatch outgoing/internal mail
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and queries and relay messages
