Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Team Leader within their business , this is a new position within the business so will evolve with the person who takes it on.

The key functions of the Customer Service Team Leader is to ensure :
- The team achieve their full potential and provide support for the team leader and related centralised departments.
- Work to set targets and demonstrate the ability to break down targets for individual needs.
- Motivate, develop and monitor the team to achieve targets.
- Provide support, coaching and mentoring to the team.
- They take a creative approach to problem solving within the team and generate new ideas.
