Do you have a CIPD qualification (or equivalent)?
If so, our client, an Essex based manufacturing company are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. We are looking for applicants who have previous HR experience; supporting managers with all aspects of staff management, employee relations, recruitment, policy review and project management.
As the HR Business Partner, you will partner with key stakeholders and leaders by providing an efficient and proactive HR service to all.
You will need to translate business requirements into effective HR practices to enable the delivery of professional services to employees across the business. You will contribute to HR business planning and development processes, maintain strict confidentiality on all employee issues at all times, demonstrate generalist HR expertise and develop and deliver innovative solutions.
