My client is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Bedford.
The role is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to a number of stake holders.
The customer service advisor is responsible for processing customer orders, raising purchase orders, raising invoices and enquires, whilst accurately managing customer data, maximising productivity and achieving department KPIs. You will be expected to deliver excellent service levels to both internal and external customers.
The ideal candidate will work alongside the existing team who handle customer orders and enquires.
This is an exciting and fast moving business! Due to the nature of the business, good people skills are required and basic knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook is essential.
