Job Description Established and highly regarded high end casual restaurant group based in North West Wales is currently looking for an experienced General Manager, for one of their key sites, salary of £29,000 plus excellent bonus structure! Our client is an outstanding independent restaurant group in the North West of Wales, with a reputation for the highest levels of quality and service. They continue to develop and have clear plans for taking on a further site in the region in addition to the established sites they currently have. The Role As the General Manager you will be completely responsible for key financials such as profit, wastage, labour costs, purchases with a view to exceeding your set targets. Stock control will be constant and precise with controls in place and monitored. You will lead all front of house team members in driving the group values and ethos through direction and with passion and belief. All Health & Safety legislation will be a key focus, and you will ensure policy and procedure is adhered to completely. The Person You will be an experienced General Manager with at least 2 years' experience in a quality restaurant environment. You will be a motivator, coach and leader with a passion for outstanding service and the tenacity to ensure that it is always delivered. Above all, you will have an eye for every detail and have the satisfaction of your clientele as an utmost priority. You will need a strong analytical approach to stock control. Your ability to time-manage is crucial. You must have the desire and passion to grow with the group and have the drive and commitment to take the business to the next level.
