Job Description Are you looking for a new opportunity within a forward thinking organisation? Do you pride yourself on your strong administration and excellent organisational skills? This busy and varied role will see you being responsible for: * First point of contact for all incoming customer queries, taking messages and relaying to appropriate parties * Assisting with the production of quotes and processing sales orders * Coordinating all projects including logistics, stock, equipment and documentation * Monitoring and tracking project progress, communicating updated with key stakeholders * Creating, maintaining and issuing documentation * Managing aftersales calls and warranty visits You will be using your self motivated and enthusiastic approach to work, high attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure whilst working to deadlines and strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel. The hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. This role is based on the outskirts of Horsham, but is easily accessible via public transport. Does this sound like your next challenge?
