This leading Global Drinks Organisation are looking to appoint a sourcing leader to join their growing and developing procurement function on an interim basis.
Reporting directly to the Global Category Manager you will hold full responsibility for leading and managing the procurement strategy as well as all related supplier performance management for the Logistics Category.
- Developing and delivering a category strategy that delivers against both procurement and business objectives. There will also be accountability for optimising external spend for the category and delivery best in cost and value
- Lead the management of the supplier performance, measuring and manage performance, developing a collaborative approach to continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of business objectives and drive essential behavioural change
- Work closely with the wider business to ensure the collation and assessment of category requirements including spend, demand, supplier performance and service requirements.
