Excellent opportunity available for an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our client on a permanent basis.
Working in a standalone Reception area the duties will include:
Answering calls and greeting visitors to the office
Handling incoming/outgoing mail
Taking deliveries and bookings couriers for outgoing parcels
Administration support for a number of internal departments
Professional Reception experience is essential for this role coupled with good Admin skills and a good working knowledge of MS word and outlook.
The successful applicant will also have excellent communication skills with a flair for building rapport with staff and clients.
