VNA are currently recruiting for a Payments Assistant for our client based in Virginia Water, Surrey.
- Working as part of the Procurement and Payments team, this role will be the first point of contact for all account payable queries, ensuring prompt, accurate and timely payment of suppliers and other payments
- The role is varied and includes the processing of supplier invoices & staff expenses, payments to suppliers & staff and reconciliation of supplier statements
- The ability to work under pressure, with high workload and to a high level of accuracy to meet deadlines
- Experience of accounting controls and procedures along with AP processes
- Experience of working with a finance system
