The Company

Our client is an established and successful company based in Gateshead. They are currently looking for a Contract Coordinator to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The Role

  • Reporting to the Operations manager
  • Telephone answering and greeting visitors.
  • Outlook calendar management.
  • Agree work schedules with upper management and monitor site teams progress daily
  • Communicate work schedules and any subsequent changes to all affected parties
  • Liaise with customers to ensure the smooth flow of work schedules from beginning to end
